Collage T-Shirt
This is a 2 part class that will take you from a box of shirts to a completed quilt top. In the first class we will discuss how to cut the t-shirts up and size them to fit the collage grid. You will have access to our Cricut presses to apply the stabilizer. We will begin cutting. and discuss math and placement of the shirts on the collage grid. Bring your shirts WHOLE, not cut up.
Class 2 will be using the design walls to layout the shirts and to learn how to piece with partial seams.

| Requirements: | Sewing Machine, 40wt thread, scissors, rotary cutter with sharp blade (mats will be provided), 15" or larger square ruler, Good large scissors for cutting shirts, scissors to cut paper, straight pins, walking foot, Stabilizer (available for purchase at class). Doors will be open at 8:30 and you can park and enter on 2nd street at the 7 East Second Door. If parking is limited, you can park in the alley to unload for class. |
